Prison Break Episode 3 and One Tree Hill Episode 2 Reviews

Here am I, with another reviews for PB and OTH. Only one word to say WOOT!
If you read my premiere’s reviews, which can be found here http://tzeni17.livejournal.com/14316.html, you understood that I was deeply disappointed by both the starts of the new seasons, especially the OTH’s one. But, I guess, that little faith I had paid off and things look less gloomy. So, let’s proceed to the new reviews in order to see what I’m talking about. And don’t worry the PB one is normal, not super long like the last time LOL

Prison Break Season 4 Episode 3/Shut down Review

Things get a lot better for PB. The premiere was totally disappointing for me, since I sensed no MiSa feeling, but the 3rd episode kinda fixed things. Barely, but still, I wasn’t expecting even sth as small as that. MiSa are trying to communicate at LAST and even if I surprise myself too with what I’m about to say, I was relieved there was no hardcore kissing as in that scene after the reunion. After all they’ve been through, especially Sara, they need to talk, to discover each other and then get all that physical connection. A little hug, a small kiss is what they should have from the start, no sex, for God’s sake!(even if I pretend they didn’t have sex; that Nick guy was wrong before about Sara being dead, so with a little pressure from the fans he could take that sex thing back too LOL)

I really liked how Sara tried to make him open up, to be there for him and the last scene where he tells her the whole boat thing was closer to MiSa than the premiere moments, even if I must say I found it kinda… fluffy? Dunno which is the right word. Anyway I definitely saw an improvement on the MiSa sector. Oh and the Sara’s phrase “Hell, I came back from the dead, right?” was totally a moment worth remebering.

I am tired of being the evil bitch as far as Went is concerned, so I will just say that he must find his old self. He STILL looks hot in many scenes, but it was better when he looked ULTRA-hot to all of them right? I mean, did you saw the man boobs? God.

I enjoyed BIG-TIME Sarah’s acting, I was barely holding myself from laughing when she pretended to be the innocent-to-be-interviewed-girl, and generally all her scenes proved once more that PB is a lesser show when she’s not around.

I will keep the same words for Michael Rapaport, he is acting good and is one of the new season’s highlights. James Hiroyuki Liao noticeable improved, and I like the whole tension Roland has with Mahone; both James and William Fichtner rocked in this episode. Especially William. He is on the top of my favorite actors; he truly has a talent and lives his role. All this confrontation of Mahone with Roland, the drama, the reconciliation with Lincoln were absolutely stunning. And now I must say that Dom surprised me with his good acting on the Mahone-Link scenes. And that coming out from me is a very good thing. This last scene was even better than the MiSa ones, so emotianally charged and touching. The best scene I’ve seen in PB so far.

Mi hombre Amaury, even if he had a smaller part in this episode, proved again that he deserves the attention he’s given, and so did Wade Williams. Out of the blue, Bellick is making it to the top5 of my favorite characters. WOW

I missed Gretchen though; she’s the leading evil character of this season, after all. T-Bag just hasn’t made it yet, I got bored on Robert’s scenes, but the blame goes mostly to the script, he is still one of the best actors in PB, I just think he hasn’t show it yet on s4.
Cress Williams… Slightly better, but still boring… He should try that picnic; maybe his acting will be improved. And a little help from the writers wouldn’t hurt, I wonder how he doesn’t get asleep while reading his lines. I know I almost did.

And to do a little spoilery chat, Whistler and Bruce are gone. Bellick will go around the 9th episode, from what I can recall, so I hope the killing of the good guys will stop there. PB is supposed to be a drama show, not a butcher show. Enough is enough, if that continues the A-Team will become no-one-left-Team.

OTH Season 6 Episode 2 Review

Leyton are SO boring. OMG I almost fell asleep while watching their scenes. First the Wyatt’s scenes, then them, how am I supposed to bare all that? Huh? Seriously they need to figure this whole thing out, or I won’t even watch them, I’ll skip them all…

Nanny Carrie? A big X for you. If we cut all of the Dan-Carrie scenes, and especially the VERMIN one, OTH could get a little better. What a waste of time they both are…

Brooke’s drama is the only thing that was bearable, just because Sophia is such a good actor; if it wasn’t for here and the makeup I would have shoot myself of desperation.

And of course Q. Damn, there is just one light in the dark that’s called OTH s5 and s6 and “bamm” they shoot it! There will be some watchable drama with Jamie and the rest mourning him, but I bet it’s gonna fall down on deep darkness pretty soon. I don’t even feel like watching it anymore.

One last thing, Nathan boy, just get PARALIZED and get out of our sight! Naley are SO destroyed, vandalized, torn to pieces, my once favorite couple turns out totally lame…
What have I done to deserve this?

So, these were my reviews, once again feel free to throw objects at me, I am still hoding that shield from the previous reviews LOL
I know I am a little hard on my critic, but that’s just my way cause it pisses me off when good shows like PB and OTH lose that sth that made them so unique. Although I have to say that I am a happier woman now; that little faith I had, totally worth it, cause PB is getting better, and MiSa are closer to their old self. What more can a fan ask? *is happy*
