It Fills My Head Up and Gets Louder and Louder
Okay, so you guys, I was putting off posting until I got those damn Germany pictures up, but I just ate half a Butterfinger Zoe found in the computer lab, and now I'm all hyped up. Because ohhhhh my god, dudes, Fanime is around the corner!
I wasn't all that jazzed up about it a couple of weeks ago, but Jessica came over on the weekend and we had a crazy whirlwind weekend of staying up until 6 am and sewing. Costume counts for this year:
Me:
- Anton (Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box)
- Blue Princess (Fat Princess)
Jessica:
- Flora [orange dress] (Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box)
- Pink/Red Princess (Fat Princess)
We had also planned to do the Chancellor and conductor!Link from The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, but, as usual, we had to drop one due to time constraints. But seriously, you guys, this is some sweet costume business right up in here. Jessica busted out the sexiest, craziest, most faaaabulous vampire-pirate (vampirate?) coat for Anton--I did the basic putting-together of the front and back but then she did the rest of it--as well as already having Flora 90% done. I actually attempted to kick ass and did almost all of my princess dress by my own self! Only a few things are left that need doing on my part, although Jessica, in her infinite talent, has taken it upon herself to style the wigs and also to bust out a Fat Princess costume for Max as well--in his case, the Dark Priest or somesuch character.
Anyway, I'm super jazzed about the whole business, and I hope by next week I'll have some mega-rad pictures to show y'all...even though, the way I'm going, I won't end up showing them off until Christmas.
Until then, what the fuuuuck with Anton's disappearing-reappearing shoe adornments fffffffuuuuuuu--
