oh I know what you mean. That David/Ten would leave someday is just logical and obvious and whatnot else but in my head and heart he was at least there for the next cx-mas special and the specials throughout 2009 - that is what I prepared for, losing him after 2009 - NOT YET! And I refuse to believe it ... I am totally living in denial about the whole thing xD
