I just don't understand how people think they can call themselves christians just because they believe in God. It's sad to think so many people think they are saved just because they said a scripted prayer. They don't go to church, don't read their bibles (if they even own one), and don't live their lives to glorify God at all...Why do people think

My responce:
to be able to think you need a brain, to be able to breathe you need air. To have a brain and air you need God. To be alive you Need God. And while we cannot see our brains or the air we all know that it's there, We all know God is real, But like that teacher my friend travis had, There are those who choose not to believe because they can't see. God want's us all to be like children, If you've ever had a talk to a child they know that santa is real and the tooth fairy and the easter bunny. They've never seen them but they know that they are real. They have no reason to believe they just do. The only difference between santa,the easter bunny, and the tooth fairy is that God is REAL and he DOES EXIST! if you want proof just look outside at the trees and the sky. Do you think something as miracious as a golden-red sunset could be a mistake? I left a comment eariler here on levi's livejournal. It talked about a man and where he said he got his watch from. We all know that he didn't get it from a few pieces of scrap-metal thrown into a shoe-box, but rather someone made that watch and programmed it to tick the time,date and year. That is like us, God made us to tick at a certain time,date and year. That watch the man had didn't need to know a reason why it existed, it just did. and It just kept doing what it was told to do without reason or question, We know God is real because he made us, so why do we constantly question where God came from? We know God is real. We know he exists. why isen't that enough? He tells us that he loves us with an never-ending love, Now let me let you all know something. Love is NOT because (example: I love you because your cute) and Love is NOT if (example: I love you but only if you go to the store for me) But rather Love is uncondital,Without Reason or fault. God had no reason to send his son to die a horriable death for all of us. But yet he did, Because he loves us. God tell's us he is NOT counting our sins (2 Corinthians 5:18-19 "All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation.") But rather God loves us no matter what, and the only way to heaven is through the son, Who washes away all of our sins in his blood. (even though God is not counting our sins, it doesn't mean they are not there) Heaven is a perfect place, God wants all to come to heaven. But he cannot let everyone go, Let me put it this way: You have your house, Would you let someone who hated you come into your house if you knew they came only to destory your house and trash it? Heaven is without sin. there are those who are able to God to heaven because they have been washed in the blood. They love God because God loved us first. (1 john 4:19-21 "We love because he first loved us. If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother.") I really pray that there is someone, at least 1 person who understands what i have just typed.
