It snowed. A lot. So, I'm stuck inside, staying in my sister's room to keep her guinea pig, Mfannwy, company. The guinea pig is cute. Has a quirky personality. She generally distrusts people, especially if they're strangers and they try to touch or hold her, so it's been loads of fun for me (a stranger) to try to get her back in her cage after a while. She likes to run in figure eights around Becca's room, and she'll gnaw on the bed posts if I don't watch her (wonder if Beck knows this). Plus, she's a timothy addict (timothy is a type of herb that you give guinea pigs if you want to see them go frakking nuts - it's not as potent as catnip is to cats, but Mfannwy will start squealing when she catches a hint of it in the air).
First one with flash.
After a bit, I became scared that the flash might be hurting her eyes, so I stopped using it. She seems to be fine now, though a bit more skittery than usual. I think the flash might have confused her :( Life lesson: Don't use flash on guinea pigs.
