Yes, I am. It's entirely optional, so it's alright if you don't want to. It's completely anonymous, though, and it really helps us get to the bottom of things so it stops happening.

No. We don't know. That's why we're trying to find out.

Tell me: how many of these surveys have you gotten people to waste their time filling out? Have any of them put you even the tiniest bit closer to nailing down a cause?

I don't know precisely, my colleague is the one collating them. It isn't as though people don't have a lot of free time here, though, and they may as well use it for something. We're starting to narrow it down, but as you can imagine the number of potential causes is very large.

Actually, I've successfully eliminated a lot of our initial theories, and the more responses I get, the easier it might be to find a common denominator.

So I'd say we're quite a bit closer.
