One of the best games ever in my very humble opinion.
Very psychological, possible drug abuse, cults, etc.
I'm actually lining up a little(read: most likely massive) art project for myself for this. ^^

Play Silent Hill 3 and look at the first boss. XP
For those who don't have a PS2, google "Silent Hill 3 Boss Split Worm".
It should give you a picture.
If they don't have a good picture, just type the same thing in youtube and watch the boss fight video. XP
