Going from THIS to
Cap from http://screencap-paradise.
First you need to open your program you'll be using. I'm using PSP9.
Open up you screencap. I'll be using THIS cap of Prue Halliwell from Charmed.
Crop then resize to 100x100.
Duplicate your base TWICE and set both layers to SCREEN / OPACITY 100
Add a new layer. Set this layer to SOFT LIGHT / OPACITY 100. Fill with #e092f4.
Add a new layer. Set this layer to SOFT LIGHT / OPACITY 100. Fill with #eafa92.
Add a new layer. Set this layer to BURN / OPACITY 100. Fill with #95cffb.
LAYER >> NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER >> HUE/SATURATION/LIGHTNESS
Set SATURATION to 40. Leave hue and lightness alone.
Merge all.
Your done. =]
Keep in mind that depending on your base your icon will turn out different and may require different settings.
