Why do I do this to myself?
A friend invites me to a cookout. I have plenty of time to plan ahead and be prepared but what do I do? I wait until the day of the cookout to polish my nails and toenails with an elaborate design. Have you ever tried to eat bar-b-que with newly polished nails? It is very hard to do...trust me.
While I was rushing to polish my nails I wondered why I always do this? I always wait til the day of an event then I polish. It's not like I don't think about doing them but I just don't feel inspired until the day of departure. Then I rush through a design all while telling my family that I'm almost ready.
Anyway, I have been meaning to measure my nails again:
My longest is 1 3/4" and my shortest is 1/2" ( I broke it trying to cut my dog's nails).
The rest of my nails are a little above or a little below 1 1/2".
Are groundhogs mean? They look so cute wobbling across busy streets. I just wanna grab one and squeeze him. I know that Phil lets people handle him. I wonder if they have to be raised with people before they let you get all familiar with them?
