We open Saturday

So the devised theatre piece opens on Saturday. At this point in the show we have

OPENING (Movement piece set the the sounds of the kids' ringtones)
"Let's Google It"
MuseumOfScars.com
#AwkwardFamilyPhotos
Game Of Fear
(Maybe a piece called Mystery Mountain, maybe a piece called "You don't have to listen to them")
Finale: Seize the Day

The show will maybe clock in at 45 minutes and the focus is shifting from a performance to an "informance" (as in we will inform everyone about the process). This is a neat way to develop a show, and I would love to do a full show in this manner, but there needs a to be a bit more time. The plan had been to write for half of the time, and then develop the show for the other half.... What it really needs is 1/3 of the time writing, 1/3 of the time developing the writing into playable theatre, and then locking a script and actually rehearsing it. We tried to push the second two parts into the second half, and it doesn't work for making as show, but I think the informance will be a very special evening at the theatre.

In other news it has suddenly gotten very complicated tech wise, and I now have to figure out how to edit audio. I haven't done this in several computers, and must do it with freeware built into my mac. Here's to Garage Band.

EDIT: To conform my writing with the stupidly arbitrary rules of the English language.
