Who Knew?
So today was a surprising quiet Email day at work. Odd, but ok. Then a student popped into my office and asked me to email her something. Guess what... I got an error message. OK, no prob, reboot and resend.... nope still got the error message. I check with the office "Email problem?" I ask. "Nope," the reply. Odd.
I get to my afternoon meeting and learn: Faculty email has been down all day (and as of an hour ago was still down), but staff email is just fine.
I wonder why they have the staff and faculty on separate email servers. Anyway... we faculty don't have working email.
