VICTORY
i just booked a flight to tampa on april 13th, coming back the 18th. we have the monday after easter off, and on the friday before i dont have any classes (well, one is cancelled, the other is worthless). so i'm leaving thursday evening, and coming back on tuesday morning before my second class (the first is cancelled!)
for those who care, my dad is okay. he's just stupid. i think you all know how much he abuses his xanax to escape his life. he had this prospect of a new job that he would have left for this weekend if he passed the drug test he was supposed to take today. so he didnt want to have the xanax in his system on the drug test since people are understandably reluctant to let people drive their barges when they have to take medicine that makes you drowsy.
foolishly, instead of weening himself off the xanax, he just stopped taking them. fell on the floor, bit his tongue, hit his head, broke his ankle. so he wont be getting that job until at least 6 weeks from now. things just keep getting better and better, yeah? so now my mom is monitoring how much xanax he is taking.
and steph, down the street, aiden and ashten's mom? was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and a few months ago was diagnosed with diabetes. and her therapist suggested marriage counseling since kc is way too army about everything and is totally not understanding or visibly concerned with emotions at all.
but in 30 days i'll see kristina and juan and david and my daddy and the boys AND KATI and thats good.
