i found a warehouse apartment in richmond (somewhat grungy, close to the city neighborhood) - which should make a nice place to camp for the next year or so.
Plans for weekend (or longer) trips while i am here:
1 Cairns - got to see the great barrier reef
2 Alice Springs - the gateway to the outback
3 Darwin - Northern Territory
4 Perth - WA
5 Adelaide - not really Adelaide, but McClaren Vale, Clare Valley and other wine regions around there
6 A ton more wine regions -
7 New Zealand - South Island more than North
anywhere else i should go?
