(no subject)
I know, I've done alot of lobbying for poor families in the past, especially in December, but I need to do it again. In December the parish helped hundreds of people, but one family expecially needed it. This woman with 8 children at the time especially needed help. She was helped but I never called back to check on her. I assumed they would be okay. I shouldn't have assumed. This is wahat happens when you don't follow up. When you don't check up. But now, shes homeless and living out of her car with her eight kids. They live off tacos, they live off vending machine food. She has a 8 month year old she can't feed. I was sitting there passing the vaccum when I see the story and it hit me like knives as the tears ran down. I'm soo worried for her, for her kids. Why do people have to live like this? Anyways, I am in the midst a frantic project to get her help, but if you guys are able to please call CARESN at 1 213 385 7800 and say you're calling especifically for the MARIA BAUTISTA case. Thanks.

UPDATE: This world is cold and heartless. No one cares and no one wants to help. I've called over 40 respective authorities and nothing. I'll be calling some more tonight. I've spoken w/ Maria and she's gone through hell and back. The tears won't stop coming even though I know they don't help anything. Lord help her.
