cautious optimism prevails....some thoughts on obama

president obama does have a nice ring to it, no?

for my entire adults life, i've been ashamed my country's leadership. i don't need to go through the reasons anymore, anyone reading this knows why. but today, though i do still have my reservations about him, i'm happy to see this changing of the guard.

i think president obama will, in contrast to the asshole there now, will be capable of turning things in the right direction.
