(no subject)
I can't even begin to remember when I last wrote anything here. So I have made it through the first week of classes. I may die by the end of the semester. I need to learn to stop taking on so much on myself. I'm carrying 19 hours and usually I can handle it, but wasn't expecting the amount of work involved with all my classes. Im taking Poli Sci 220, Soc 221, and 4 different social work classes one of which is "Death and Dying: The End of Life." I came out of that class Wednesday night looking like a very sad puppy. I think I'm going to drop my independent dance study this semester and try and do it some semester that I won't have as many projects. The good thing about this week was that I got to go to the basketball game tonight. I went by myself but had a lot of fun anyway.
APO wise I am currently Banquet chair with Kelly. We know what we want and how we want to go about doing it. Its all a matter of organizing, ordering and putting stuff together. I am sooooo pumped about it. Also I am Run To Pitt co-chair. There is one problem. I don't know how to contact my co-chair. We will need to start making plans to fundraise and then figure out Autism Awareness Week and stuff like that. I would like to raffle off a football signed by the Fiesta Bowl Champs, but not sure how I go about doing that. Anyone know?
Then there is the most important part of my life: church. The dance ministry is going very well. We seem to grow a little bit each month. We had a Christmas Spectacular, which was a lot of fun, but not nearly as big, but still a lot of fun. There are so many people interested that we have different groups of girls dance each Sunday because we have run out of space to dance in the front. I am hoping to go to the Exaltation conference in Ohio again this summer. I have enjoyed it the last two years and really want to go again this summer. I am also taking a class entitled: Daughters of the King. At the end of the class I will get to participate in a corination where I will receive a tiarra and a ring. I am sooo excited.
