Well, it's been almost a year since my last entry. Considering how much I used to use this thing, I find that kind of crazy. So to get back into things, I give you my year wrapped up.
1. What did you do in 2010 that you'd never done before?
Put money into a flex spend account and moved in with a significant other.
2. Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Yes. I lost 20 pounds. I hope to lose 20 more and get serious about school.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My cousins Stephen and Maria had a baby boy, Benjamin.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Not this year/
5. What countries did you visit?
I didn't leave the country this year. That's upsetting.
6. What would you like to have in 2011 that you lacked in 2010?
More money.
7. What date from 2010 will remain etched upon your memory?
March 7th. The day Mike and I "officially" became a couple.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I'm making my first adult relationship work.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Not being more proactive about school.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Just a particularly bad stomach virus, but nothing major.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
My new laptop.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
My mom. After 2 years of unemployment, she was finally able to find a job.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
FOX News'.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Rent, student loans.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Mike, Harry Potter, time with friends.
16. What song will always remind you of 2010?

17. Compared to this time last year, are you

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Calling, sharing, and reading.

Fooling around on the internet.
20. How did you spend Christmas?
Spent Christmas Eve day with Mike and his dad's side of the family in Ghent, then spent that night at his parents house in Middletown, where we went to midnight mass. After opening presents on Christmas, we drove to Staten Island to join my parents at my Uncle Francis' house and spent the night in a hotel. The next day we left early to miss a big storm that hit the Northeast. We left too early though, as the storm didn't hit until about 4pm.
22. Did you fall in love in 2010?
Undeniably yes.
23. What was your favorite TV program?
Psych.
24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
Nope.
25. What was the best book you read?
The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks.
26. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Not sure I had one this year. I rediscovered how much I love Muse.
27. What did you want and get?
Love.
28. What did you want and not get?
More money.
29. What was your favorite film of this year?
Inception
30. What did you do on your birthday?
I took the day off of work. Mom came up and took me to Bombers. She bought me a Ben and Jerry's ice cream cake. After presents, I relaxed and when Mike came home, I left so he could set up my surprise. When I came back he and Steve had decorated the living room with streamers and Mike gave me roses as well as one of those huge cupcake cakes.
31. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
More friends.
32. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2008?
Jeans, jeggings, skirts, comfy, higher heels.
33. What kept you sane?
Soft blankets, Mike, mom, Blu-Rays, the pharmacy community Maritza and I created on facebook.
34. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Amy Adams.
35. What political issue stirred you the most?
Glenn Beck's idiocy.
36. Who did you miss?
Kristin, Candice, the Addantes, my parents.
37. Who was the best new person you met?
Mike.
38. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2010.
I can actually live with other people.
