Hee! What do they look like? And, personally, I cannot wait for the fall fashions, I'm done with summer - I want tweed and cashmere and blacks and greys and boots and coats. Spring fashions are fun and flirty but the fall season is always just full of elegance, and makes chapped lips and dry skin worthwhile. XD
Well, I really didn't get too much (not very much, at all, actually) but the stuff I did get is so well-made that I just melted in the stores. I got a pair of just gorgeous vintage Roger Vivier shoes - they're about 100mm high, though, so I'm probably going to break my back one day running to my classes in them. I only got one blouse (this beautiful silk Paddock-print from Hermès) but SQUEE I'm wearing it for the rest of my life, and NEVER TAKING IT OFF.
I think my favourite is the suit I got from Ralph Lauren; I'm not very tall and pencil skirts usually don't look very good on me, but it gives a wonderful silhouette and has a very vintage Chanel feel. And, just for fun, a black satin dress by Lanvin so soft it's like putting on a dress made of water. *le sigh* It was a wonderful day. XD
