That's convenient. I'll "follow" along.
Don't let your fears paralyze you, but don't confuse butterflies with your "inner voice", which you ignore at your peril.
I've no idea which is which. I just know that the above advice is easy to say, difficult to do, and critical to get right. I'm pulling for you.
