(no subject)
Hey Guys--
Sunday morning i went to the movies with my little sister Kendahl. We saw Madagascar...it was kinda boring but cute. the rest of the day i just stayed home and layed around. Monday I had practice and it was like friken 100º outside. practice was TOUGHHHHHH, first we ran the BIGGGg lap, then the backwards stuff, and then we stretched and stuff and then Shannon came late so we had to run an extra lap :-\ -that was a killer but its ok everybody still loves shannon :) we jumped behind this turf thing which we thought it would make it cooler but it was actually hotter...then we moved to the cement and chanted and then we went to the track to tumble and stunt....then it was time for the work out mannnnn o mannnnn....that was deadly. but it will come to use at some point! after practice everybody on the team went over to nicole's to eat subs and eat lunch. lol and melisa had a slip and slide in her car so we were on that like all day! it was so much fun lol i love my team. paige is the most hilarious girl ever...i deffinately almost peed my pants about five times there. lol and when liz slipped haha it looked like it hurt :( then the rest of the day i came home then i went over the aniello's and anthony's til like 9 at night..it was alot of fun, i like hanging out with those two. i like being like one of the guys lol. well when we got to aniello's we ate ribs and hamburgers with beans and rice, it was very good. then we swam for a couple hours and then we went in the basement and they played san andreas and i learned how to play. i was beating up a stripper haha. and hten we got hungry again so we had pudding, chips, coconut shrimp (which we thought was gonna be really good...but it wasnt it made u sick) so after that bad shrimp we had cherries and whipped cream to get the sick taste out of our mouths. Today i had practice again, it wasnt as hot as yesterday but it was still VERYY hot. we did the regular..no extra laps today! :) we had a chant test today and i passed. thank god :)
now im just sitting home going to go play the sims with my sister. anthony might come over later so i will talk to all you guys later :)
