Okay so here is the assignment:
You are the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization that sends staff and consumers (clients) into the community to perform various jobs. On one of these trips the staff member who is driving an agency vehicle is struck from behind and a consumer (client) is killed. You anticipate that the board will want a full report and you must also deal with the parents of the consumer who is deceased. How would you respond to both the board and to the parents?
I'm really clueless Honestly if it happened to me I think I might quit and run away. The whole thing kinda scares me. Any ideas. Anything at all would be helpful.
