I used to belong to a weight lose related community on here, but apparently have deleted it. So instead...
Anyone have suggestions for blogs I could read about fitness and/or weight loss? I'm not technically looking to lose weight, but I need to do a better job with my fitness level (which sucks right now) and figured that much like everything else I do, having something to read regularly might be helpful. I already read Get Fit Slowly, which helps, but I could use some more. Perhaps someone who also focuses on *how* to make time in your day for exercise.
