(no subject)
Ok I spent almost four hours doing my Modal Counterpoint homework, only to find out we didn't have to do 4 counterpoint lines (2 above, 2 below) for the Cantus Firmus. We had to do one above, one below- unlike the example in our Anthology. Best part guys? It's due on Monday during the lecture section, not the tutorial section we had today. Feck.
ALSO- I got my imperfect consonances wrong in the bass clef for some reason, and now I have to go correct one line to hand in. I totally need to learn how to go between Alto, Treble, that weird Treble an octave down and Bass clefs faster to write the counterpoint lines faster. I effin' hate modal composition rules.
