So today was pretty crummy.

- I had to work late after trading schedules with someone for the second day in a row. I hardly ever get to open as it is, so that sucked. She didn't even seem that thankful.
- This same coworker decided to keep working on stuff we already had enough of at the store rather than the stuff we need, so I had to work with all the heavy boxes of oranges, potatoes, etc while she packed enough brussels sprouts to feed the city.
- I finished my book too soon and had nothing to read on the rest of my breaks.
- It was crowded in the back room all day so I had no room to work on anything
- My boss is being annoying and still hasn't put up the schedule for next week, like usual.

Mostly little annoyances. But of course that wasn't enough. On the way home I ended up rear ending another car. Their car doesn't look so bad, but mine is pretty banged up. I've never had an accident before so I'm a little ruffled.

And to make matters worse a bunch of my other coworkers were heading downtown to party so they saw me talking to the other driver and stopped to ask if everything was okay. I know they were being nice but it made me feel more embarrassed.

Thankfully no one was hurt but I really didn't want to deal with this. All the money I got back from taxes will probably now have to go toward fixing both cars.

On a more grand scale, I'm worried about the upcoming election. I don't want a conservative majority. Not that I think Harper will completely wreck the country or anything, but with things going slightly weird in the States I'd rather not encourage the same thing here.

Also, I'm fairly confident that Harper is a robot of some kind.

Off topic: I apparently don't have much in the way of unhappy icons. The Snape one is closest to my mood, I suppose.
