Autism: fact or fiction?

Alright, I don't know if any of you already know this, but it is a really intriguing new phenomenon: on Comcast OnDemand, they have a new feature in which they take classic movies and re-eneact them in one minute--with bunnies. Autism is fact, though I'm doubting you made that the title expecting responses to it.

Having read Autumn's recap of prom night - that is poo. It's awful that you missed it, but hey, the real meaning of the night is being together and embracing each other in romantic fullness and such, and you got that, so you didn't lose much.

Oh, Jamie. You and your crazy fascination with books about sleep and hypnosis and dreaming and such.

-You're right, I didn't expect any response to the subject line. Nor do I really doubt that autism is fact. I've just been staring at the big Autism cover of this Time magazine and it struck me to make it the title of an entry.

-Yes, it is awful that we missed it--especially under such circumstances. It certainly was meaningful, the way we ended up spending the night, but the point is that no one should have to put up with ridiculous health issues like that. They're far too persistant and dramatic to be allowed to continue on as they are.

-Why is it a 'crazy' fascination? How serious are you with that? curious

Not very serious at all. I meant "crazy" more like "enthusiastic." I'm sure you see the deleted comment that I posted under the wrong message so you know what else I said. I sure don't remember.

And out of curiosity, I juust looked up some info about cylic vomiting syndrome and noticed this.

"The majority of sufferers, but not all can identify "triggers" that may precipitate an attack. The most common are infections (such as colds) and psychological stress both positive and negative e.g. an upcoming pleasant event such as a holiday or birthday may trigger an attack."

What a shitty illness.

Yes, it's a horrible illness. I'm not sure if Autumn exhibits that aspect of it, though; it never seems to have been brought on by any stressful/important situation before.
