It has been a long while since I have updated this thing, but since one of my dreams may be coming true i figured i should say something. I recieved this message earlier today and it makes me giddy.
Yo homie...sorry it took me so long to reply but thanks so much for the support, dude...that totally rocks!!! I just talked to Poe about it and here's the deal.
When Poe's up and running again, it would be no problem at allfor her to do an interview with you guys. She could call in and that wouldn't cost anyone anything. As for a song or two...I'm assuming you would want to do that live on air from your studio at the radio station (right?) It would probably not be cost effective for you guys to fly her out there for one interview but once she's on tour, there's a definite possibility that she could come and see you guys. Maybe when she starts putting a tour schedule together you guys could just try and book her to do a show at your University...that way you can kill two birds with one stone.
I'll give you a heads up when she starts planning her next road trip... We're always open to ideas and appreciate the support so keep in touch!!

As some people know I am going to be working at our local radio station come fall quarter and when Poe anounced that she was finally getting out from under the thumb of her contracts I emailed them letting them know that I was willing to help out however I could. And because I was going to be working at the station I decided to try my luck and see if maybe I could get Poe to come out and do a live interview. I never really expected them to say yes, but apparently that may happen, so I may get the opportunity to hang out with Poe for a while. So much giidyness do I have. SOOOO MUCH!!! That is all.
