(no subject)
Well well, look who decided to update.
Army life has been kinda hard cuz they keep sending me out to train in desert heat for weeks at a time. First it was 2 weeks of tank battles, now its 2 weeks of tank gunnery and then a few more weeks of battles and then a possible rotation to Fort Irwin in California for some more training, then theres the rumor of going to Iraq in Feb of next year but I'll more than likely be out by then.
Tuesday was my b-day incase anyone cares. Thank you Steph and Manders for rememebering. *MUAH!* I spent it out training in 105 degree weather and despite my requests, i was still put on guard duty. Someone gave me a cigar. I'm now 20.
Steph moved back home like a week ago. I cant wait to see her again. I'm so psyched about it cuz i miss her like crazy. It'll be 2 years since i've seen her when i do...thats too damn long.
I've been moved around. I am no longer the loader on the Luitenant's tank. I am now the driver of the Platoon Sergeant's wingman's tank. Its fun and all but i feel like i'm missing out on all the fun cuz i no longer get to be there when the big gun goes off, i'm in the lower part of the tank in my little station driving. Eh, at least i get more sleep than anyone else.
Well, thats about it. I was allowed to come in and spend a few hours in my room so updating wasnt a bad idea.
