No sticking for me today.....:(
I went in to get my shot today. And left without getting it. i had to tell my OB about the seizures I'd had and that I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia. Because the shot inhibits the bodies ability to metabolize sugars. Already knowing this I am asking the OB if it is still safe for me to be on the shot. I do not want to stop getting it. I like it. And she honestly looks at me and says "I don't know." Those are not really the comforting words I want to hear coming from my doctor. Anyway... so I have a 2 week time period before I will have to have the shot again. My OB is going to call and talk to my doctor about the results of my blood work. So until then....I wait.
