He always hopes that maybe one time he might be able to keep something all to himself, but knowing Draco he realizes that isn’t an option. Draco is like a cat, and whenever Colin begins to relax his guard he is sought out and pounced upon. It has been two weeks since he has seen the blond aristocrat so obviously he is due for a visit.

All day he tries to pretend nothing is wrong. He talks with his friends and makes sure his brother doesn’t get into trouble, but the entire time he is glancing over his shoulder.

At the end of the day when he is slowly making his way back towards the common room Draco strikes. A pale hand catches him by the shoulder and pulls him into the shadows behind one of the many statues that line the Hogwarts halls.

"Do you have anything for me," Draco’s voice is cold and sharp, and is reminds Colin of every evil thing he has known in his short life.

"I --" his breath hitches as Draco’s lips close over his collarbone and began to lick and suck at the tender flesh. "Yes."

"Good," he pulls away, and spins Colin in his hands so they are face to face. "Get on with it, Gryffindork."

Colin stares down at his hands, refusing to meet Draco’s cold, gray eyes. He fumbles in his bag for a minute before pulling out three photographs and the shimmering fabric of an invisibility cloak and sliding them both into Draco’s hands.

"Only three?" Draco hisses at him.

"I --" he fumbles with the words again, "I didn’t have much time, and --"

"Bullshit, where are the rest," he demands, and the one hand still holding Colin in place tightens painfully around his arm.

He sucks in his breath sharply. "You said I could keep someth --"

"You got to see the live presentation." Draco closes his mouth roughly over Colin’s and kisses him until Colin is reaching into his bag to pull out the rest of the photographs.

"I still want something to remember," he mutters as he hands them over.

Draco squeezes his arm again. "You live in Gryffindor tower. You could have Potter any time you wanted."

"He isn’t like that," Colin protests, but at the same time he thinks that maybe he could if he wasn’t so horrified.

Every time he sees Harry now all he can think of is following him, stalking him, through the halls, and snapping pictures of him in the showers just because Draco is threatening him. It isn’t just the threats either, though, because those he could almost handle.

"He could be," Draco smirks down at him, and purrs into his ear, "I’ve seen how persuasive you can be."

Colin moans and drops his head to hide the tears forming in his eyes. Draco kisses the sensitive area behind his ear, and Colin has to bite his tongue to stop from moaning again.

"You enjoy this," Draco laughs at him, and releases his arm. Colin’s legs go out from under him and he sinks to the floor with tears leaking out of his eyes and down his cheeks.

The invisibility cloak is thrown at his feet. "Keep that," Draco orders, "I’ll be back in a week."
