y tu mama tambien was an amazing film. it was a movie about mexicans in mexico. it wasn't some over arching story about the plight of mexicans in mexico, or the struggle or the chaos. it was just a story.... with some hot fucking. wow. it was a great flick (and i will get much more literate in later editions of this post). also a student in my imperialism class said that the reason why japanese people don't learn english as adeptly as americans is because we nuked them. when i tried to explain that the human mind actually grows and conforms to the environment it is raised in and therefore the japanese language (being so far divorced from germanic languages) isn't easily adaptable because their language isn't conducive to the structures that proliferate english... i was called a racist. people are stupid, so very stupid.
