Do you ever lose your breath?
Do you ever get swept of your feet?
Do you ever feel overcome with so many emotions you have no idea what to do?
I have written in here in a LONG time. Alot has happened in the past month!! So much actually. Lets see?!? Where do i start. Im kinda tempted to write about spring break, but the things is.....i have so much to say about it.
Well, it was a HUGE God thing, Spring break. I went to NOLA, New Orleans, LA. And we spent some time there helping them out wiht Hurricane relief. It was an AMAZING week, God had some lessons to teach me. First was obediance. Then it was a huge about of thankfulness, and i dunno everything else. That week i learned what was really important in life. It is not all the material things we get caught up with in the world. We worry so much about THINGS...but you know? They can be lost in a minute. That week I was unbelivably thankful for 3 things, 1. Water, water was such a presious thing there. 2. Food, oh man, yummy food. And lastly 3. A shower. If we had those 3 things, we were fine. There was plenty of people in this world that dont even get that! oh man. But that expereince was amazing. The people there were SOOOOOOOOOo thankful, oh man. RAndom ppl we had never seen would come up to us and thank their hearts out.
I also learned that week that one person can make all the difference in the world. There was 30 of us on the team i worked with. But each one of us played a vital part. We were gutting a church. And there were people who banged out walls, ppl who got out nails, ppl who took out debris, ppl who swept. But we need each person to be doing their part in order to get it all done. And gutting one persons house, really helps them out ALOT.
I also had some AMAZING fellowship there. The first day i was kinda down, but as soon as i opened up and met the awesome ppl on my team i was just blown over with joy and love. Everybody who went were awewsome, they had such servant hearts. People were so encouraging. I LOOOOOOOOOOVED the ppl who went on the trip:)
So thanks Jesus for being awesome and everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ummmm well...
oh yah, friday we went to IOA and it was A BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAST!!!!!!!! haha, the beest was the last ride on umm....popee!! haha. IT WAS SO COLD!!! i was sitting next to philip and his face was so funny and we are getting DRECHED!!! and the ppl on the ride with us were so fun, we were screaming and chanting the whole time.
Germs had a birthday party, and a birthday!!! and it was AMMAAAAZING!!!!!!!!!!! It was sooo much fun. IT was a dance party, and everybody HADDD to dance, or they got kicked out. and man, i had never seen a group of pppl dance so AWESOMELY!!! we were just going crazy, who cares, we just danceed!!! so fun. I love germs. he is awesome!!! :) And all his boys are amazing too, talk about another breed of boy! breed called COOL PEOPLE! haha.
Then the next day at like 2-3am me ruth kyle and derek went to the beach...haha that was fun! We hung out while and admired the beauty of Gods stars, his ocean...and then his sunrise!!! Man, it was beautiful. I dont understand the sun or how God does it, but whatever! lol.
Well...nooooow i gotta go, but my birthday is sunday sooo if anybody wants to party...there will be one!! haha. I think my "party" will be easter weekend, that saturdya, like the 15. So if you stay in town....well stay in town, it will be fun!!!
