Richard III - re-interment elegy

For my DW/LJ friends who are Shakespeare and/or poetry geeks - the elegy for Richard III's re-interment, written by the Poet Laureate, Carol Ann Duffy and performed by the actor Benedict Cumberbatch (who will play Richard in The Hollow Crown later this year). It brought tears to my eyes. I've included the transcript below.

Dear gods! What a moving poem, and what a powerful reading!

I think Benedict Cumberbatch may be this generation's Richard Burton, except without the drunkenness. Smaug, Stephen Hawking, Khan, Richard III... the only other actor I can think of with such a broad range is Hugo Weaving, and Cumberbatch is a lot sexier.
