(no subject)
Greeting all, I've had a very active day today; I had my first lecture which was basicly a review of some A-level stuff, but I was 10 minutes late because even though I was waiting for the bus before 8.40 Two buses passed me by because they were full and I couldn't catch one until five minutes before the start of the lecture but luckily the lecture started late because they were handing out course booklets. After that I managed to get lost on the round the corner walk to the train station even with a street map ^^; But I have my ticket home for the 27th so yay but I'll probably have to get a train back to leicester as soon a we get back to hemel on Sunday so we can't stay too late.
After that I walked back to the Uni to buy some text books - I only bought three books and a dissecting kit and it cost £111! I can't wait to buy the rest -_-
This evening I went to Karate, I didn't know the way so I decided to leave really early but I forgot my watch so I didn't know what time I got there. I asked the lady in the sports hall reception where the class was and when I got there I saw people doing martial arty things and I presumed that was the karate, turns out I had gone in halfway through the Tae Kwon Do lesson ^^; oops. After the Karate I couldn't feel my legs because there was so much swatting involved but it was good and I will officially join on Monday when I pay for the lessons and buy uniform and stuff. I like the purple belts The sports centre is way out in the middle of nowhere (aka round the corner) down a country lane and the lesson ended at 9 so I was walking in the pitch black, but the moon was all bright and ma-hoo-sive and the stars were were really bright so it was a nice, albeit cold walk back.
Not as big a ramble as yesterday, but a good effort.
