I'm annoyed now; I had to give up going to the park with people because I had to sit and wait for the guy from British gas to fix our fridge who didn't turn up. When mum got home from work she called them and was extremely irrate because this is the third time that they've skipped out on an appointment. The person on the other end kept putting her on hold before coming out with a number of excuses including: the appointment was yesterday (I was in all day making patterns and no one turned up, plus mum spoke personally to the head of the engineering department last time they didn't turn up and they said Wednesday), The case is marked as closed (closed? why? When mum tried to ask why they kept skipping round the question and said if she had a complaint she had to call the complaint number) and even after 4 scheduled appointments, one of which they turned up for, they had the nerve to say that thr fridge wasn't covered and we were covered for a dishwasher instead - we don't even have a dishwasher! If we all get food poisoning, I'm suing.
