i cryed again today. if i hold it back it all gets worse and worse so i had to let it out but only when marshay and ali were around in case they would laugh or somethin. Fred is all i need. The long letter i wrote about him, i want to put in here i think is a little to personal, but it explains how he is my "home".
i feel like i have no emotional skin left. Like i have 1st degree burns over 90% of my body and the slightest roughness can bring me to tears. i have lost all my protection, so every little comment hurts.
