After this stupid fast, I want to stick to a meal plan (somewhat of one at least). These are foods I'd feel safe eating:
Veggies:
Spinach/Salad Lettuce; Mushrooms; Tomatoes; Cucumbers/Pickles; Broccoli; Celery; Carrots
Fruit:
Blueberries; Grapefruit; Apple; Strawberries; Banana...kind of .....
Dairy:
skim milk; greek yoghurt ; cottage cheese; bluebell cheese wedges
Meats/Proteins:
Turkey, Chicken, Salmon, Almonds, Tuna
Sweets:
Fudgsicles, banana pops, luna bars
Carbs:
Wheetabix, Granola, oatmeal-whole grain
I really don't know about this. Complex carbs tend to be triggers...
Saltine Crackers
Typical day could be...
Breakfast: yoghurt, almonds, blueberries / v8 juice
snack: 1/2 granola or luna bar
lunch: apple, salad, turkey
snack: 1/2 granola or luna bar
dinner: cottage cheese, tomatoes, tuna
snack: fudgsicle
I think I'm just ready to eat.
