CSUMB!!!!
Went to new student orientation at CSUMB this today! WOO HOO I'm so freakin' excited! Me and my madre drove up friday night, and it didnt seem to take that long. Had to get up at the butt crack of dawn, 6 'o clock, OH THE HORROR! Got there at 7:30 and were greeted by like 20 SCREAMING "student orientation leaders"..that was cool, then I took my otter card picture and got my id card, woot woot! then went to some workshops, had lunch, more workshops then me and my mom checked out a dorm room. Those things are a lot bigger than i expected. So that makes me happy, and the guys said that the majority of them are even a bit bigger than that so thats cool. Then of course i had to buy me some skool paraphanelia (sp?), and then we walked around Cannery Row and then came home! It was awesome, i love that the class size, or school size for that matter is so small. I dont feel so stressed about things getting done and stuff, because everything is so one-on-one around there. And everyone was really nice. I hung with some girl from Bakersfield that was an orientation leader and her roomates, good times. And hello its at the beach so what could be better. it was about 80 degrees and the people that go there now were all saying that it was SO HOT..haha! If they only knew. So that was my great two days! 107 days and counting.
