Anyways. About the job, it's a fucked up situation, I'll tell you that. They like scamed me into stuffing papers. They called saying I had this layout-type job and then I had to put papers into paper sacks for the routes. They've done this to like 3 other people, and my aunt was one of them. Bitches. So I'm definately not going ONCE a week to do that shit for minimum wage. I'm so embarassed of how excited I got over that. Plus, I cried. I was heartbroken.
But I think I might have a job at Blockbuster if I can do that. Seems like the best choice right now. At least I can make some money for books and gas money- and maybe a new car stereo, which I am in desperate need of.
I have orientation TUESDAY. I'm really excited, but kind of like discouraged because I'm going all by myself and I hate going places by myself. I'm really not ready to keep doing that. But I can't wait! I don't know what I'm going to do about the car situation, though. I don't want to ride the bus because they're unreliable to me, and I don't have $25 to park in the garage. My dad said to park at the LBJ Library or to take the DILLO. I'm just afraid I wouldn't find a parking spot there if I did that. I know it's huge, but it's one of my weird fears. I don't know what to do. I'll figure it out...I'm going to have to considering I go Tuesday.
Tomorrow I'm going to be doing laundry and cleaning my awfully dirty car- inside and out. I have to take the shit that's been in my trunk for MONTHS to Goodwill finally and I want to get rid of some books in my room. I was thinking about giving them to half price- do they buy books? I'm sure they won't give me much if they do, but it's better than nothing. I have quite a few books to give away. Unless anyone wants some SAT books. I barely used them. Plus I have AP books for US History and English Rhetoric. Didn't do much in those either. PLUS, I have to practice my horn, which I've only done ONE TIME this whole summer. I sound AWFUL! I was thinking about trying out for the marching band, but I don't know. But definately a concert band. I really just need to keep my musicianship up. So tomorrow is kind of productive, but I just wonder if I'll get everything done. Espeically considering I have no gas in my car at all. That's something I say too much, really. Blockbuster, here I come.

But, I'm in Austin for good and I'm here to mingle until August 31 (Yay! I'm excited for school to start!).
