Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith
I went to see the movie. I know, I know, I'm adament about not seeing those movies. But it was free and I had free time and everyone I called to convince me NOT to see the movie told me to go see it you bitch.
So I did and I have to say three very important things:
1. I get that the screen wipes are a throwback to the original movies, but they get annoying. Seriously. Stop it.
2. I also get that George Lucas is the writer. Does he not have someone edit? It was clunky dialogue after clunky dialogue and it seemed like every scene had a director going "Action!" off to the side. There was never any feeling of having interrupted a conversation or special moment, just an overwhelming feeling of "They're sitting there waiting for the cameras to turn on."
3. That said, OHMYGOD the aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaangst. Angst! The! Angst! Man. I'd watch it again just for the angst. *sigh* I'm so shallow.
