Curious George
This was a great exchange today between a friend and I:
AJ: It's worth noting that the very first Curious George book ever written involved the Man with the Yellow Hat tricking George in the African jungle, catching him, bringing him back to New York and then involves George getting put in jail and smoking a tobacco pipe.
Friend: Huh.
Friend: I never realized Curious George was supposed to represent the blacks.
