So today I did much better on my healthy eating lifestyle...(I refuse to call it the d word)
This morning I had a Special K bar...then I went for my walk.
Came home...had some yogurt while I made lunch...
Broiled tilapia, mashed potatoes, and steamed veggies.
For desert, Rainbow sherbert.
went to work, and ate nothing at work!!! BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT there, then when I got off work, I had one special K bar, and three rice cakes.
Ok...so could have done without the three rice cakes...but shit.
There rice cakes.
All that, and still no smokes.
Day 15...is done.
