i just got an e-mail from my section leader at UVa, and she was like, "welcome to the piccolo section!" so i'm assuming this means i need to learn piccolo...quick. ahhhhhh.

couldn't you just tell them, "hey, i don't play the piccolo. i play the flute"? i'm sure that would clear up the misunderstanding.

well your embouchure is different, and the couple of times i tried to play a note on pic it didn't work so well. so yeah i need to go rent one and practice.
