see, i told you i would post again and this time i actaully have a story to tell you. its 2:30 am, i decide to go outside, i close the door behind me, 2 minutes later i decide i should check it to make sure im not locked out...turn turn...yup im locked out!!! so i try every single key on my shift keys, i try every window, i try knocking on the door in hopes that the one girl sound a sleep might wake up, NOT freak out at the knocking and wiggling of the door handle and let me back in the house...so, do i have a cell phone to call someone...do i have the correct pair of keys to get into the house...do i have my panic pager on...do i have car keys to go somewhere to get help...NOPE.
so what are my options? go to a neighbouring house, wake them all up, use their phone and call...who??...the overnights at the other houses are single staffed...maybe the police, and have this huge ordeal and probably wake up my kid. plus i can't really leave her there alone. i could continue to stand at the front door, knocking in hopes she will wake up and let me in. i could stay outside until 7:30 with Tiana comes back...i could break in...
anyways, so i tried using a bobby pin, its not as easy as it looks, i try every single window around the house...FINALLY...the window pane in the kitchen has come apart from the frame and when i pulled on it i could rel;ease the latch holding it to the wall...success!!!...then i had to quietly take down the curtains, take off my shoes and jacket...lift up all my body weight and shove myself through this window..got my ass up there, now somehow i have to bring my feet in without falling on my face...i finally did it, without waking the sleeping girl in the next room...
i was shaking and outof breath...i got my book and started reading on the couch, put my alarm on just in case...ring ring ring..all of a sudden its 6am.
now i have some cleaning to do and Tiana will be in!! all in a nights work for an overnighter
