So there was a baseball player, Josh Hancock, a releiver for the Cardinals. About 3 weeks ago, he hit a tow truck helping a motorist whose car had stalled some time in the we hours of the morning, and died upon impact. It turns out he was drunk, not wearing a seatbelt and had weed in his car. Now the father of Josh is sueing the bar for serving him too much alcohol, the tow truck driver for not getting the car out of the way soon enough and the driver of the stalled car for being neglegent and letting his car get to the point where it would stall. What is this crap?? I can't even begin to tell you how much this angers me. Can his father not grasp that his son made a stupid mistake and lost his life bc of it?? What an idiot. I hope he loses this case miserably.
