Happy Birthday, Bette
Today is (or would be) Bette Davis's 100th birthday. In honor of that, TCM is having a marathon of her movies. Tonight, in their 8:00 "The Essentials" slot, they're showing All About Eve.
If you don't have any pressing plans for tonight, stay in with a cozy couch, something nice to eat, and someone nice to watch movies with and watch it. It really is just a great movie, one of my all-time favorites. When I got it from Netflix right after we started our membership, I'd heard of it, but didn't really know anything about the plot. I watched it twice back to back in one night, and then watched it again the next night. It's just that freakin' good.
