sad sad sad news....well its happy news too!
so my coach told us that at the meet they are only accepting times for the 4X8 (4 people running 800) of 11min. (Thats amazing time) but you see we us lax girls can not make that time...a lot of people can not...he even fuged our time and we didnt get in so i am not running this weekend in any meet...kinda sad but happy too!

today i was wearing my pleague shirt.....many people asked about it...my favorite goes like this... scene running our run for the day up hills who thought of that should be shot!
