Yesterday I bought the Dave Matthews CD :) Its so good. I have listen to it like 6 times I cant get enough of it. I had cheerleading yesterday and after cheerleading Joe came over. i hate people who think things suck just because they don't like it. it's more like, i dislike people who can't respect other kinds of music. just because a certain song or artist isn't pleasing to your ears, it doesn't mean they suck. if they can't play their damned instruments or sing a note, then yes, they suck. but if they're talented artists who don't fit in to your category of "cool", then just shut the fuck up. i think this should be called musical ignorance. it's almost the same thing as homophobes and racists, it all goes back to stupidity. its musical ignorance. i know i've done it, and i think we all have, but i'm going to try to stop cuz it is definitely stupid. i just flat out hate it when people say anything "sucks" rather than saying "i dislike". there is a big difference. i am not going to stop saying how much i hate certain things, but i am not going to say they suck, cuz to someone else, they could be awesome, and i wouldn't want someone to say that something i like sucks, i'd rather have them say they don't like it, because that is the case. i think this should be called musical ignorance. it's almost the same thing as homophobes and racists, it all goes back to stupidity.

You suck. Don't tell everyone else it's ignorance. It's an oppinion and you need to get over yourself. Writing a page in someone's live journal isn't gunna help you out. Say what you want, but everyone's idea of Dave Matthew's sucking is still going to be the same. You're not gunna change that and you're just wasting your time preaching to everyone that could give a shit. Honestly.

its your opnion if you think i suck or not.im not trying to change anyuone's opinions on Dave Matthews im just saying what i feel...its a freedom of speach, i'll say what i want...and it is music ignorance, just because you don't like someone's music, don't tell them that it sucks because to them, it may not suck, tell them that you dislike it, if someone can't play their instruments and/or they can't sing, then yes they do suck. but dave matthews CAN sing or else he wouldn't have gotten a record contract and he CAN play the guitar, and so can everyone else in his band, so, no they DON'T suck, im sorry that you don't like them, but it offends me that you think they "suck", just say that you dislike them.
