back into things

after being in the carolinas on the ocean for five days, coming back and getting ready for classes was not the most fun thing in the world. monday was day one of getting back into my workout schedule after all that seafood i have been indulging in. i seriously think i may have strained the quads in my both legs. i'm in a serious amount of pain...not really sure what is a normal pain and what is a pain that i should rest and take care of. is it bad when it hurts to walk up stairs or sit down?
