Go to the menu and scroll down until you find "Etc...", it's the second link below it. Sorry for the chase. Because it's a floating frame, it looks wonky without the rest of the website.

Details...

I. Must be 100x100, 40kb or less
II. Can include animation of any kind
III. Must be your alterations to a base provided by me
IV. No crude text
V. We must be able to tell which base you used, so no screening until the base is completely gone
VI. Unless otherwise stated, only one submission per person
