Last night, talkin' 'bout Last night
Woot, so I know that Cory already posted about the party, but I am going to post my side, and all the pics I took. And try and link some cool videos.
So, yesterday I went shopping with Jacky, it was fun, and then came home to find out that Peter wasn't comming up until 11 o'clock that night, which kind of ruined my plans of hanging out at Renee's party.
I managed to get my dad to watch Luke for a couple of hours and showed up at Cory's around 9 o'clock. We headed for Sammeh's place and she was so stoked to see us both. She had no idea I was going to show up, let alone the fact that Cory was in town.
We parked around back and walked a trail to get to her back yard. Trev was already there, and a bunch of people I havn't seen in a long time. Josh, not Greenwood, was there and I havn't seen him since Peter lived in the appartment, and another guy named Cory who I didn't remember, but he remembered me (first person to do that to me, besides when I meet them drunk :P). Ray was already there also, first thing he does is hand me a beer, and I only had one because I had to get home to my son in a couple of hours.
I drank my beer while hanging out with the guys, and then Jonny and other Josh show up. We start talking and such, just chillin' then a drunk Scott comes running up to me giving me a HUGE hug, and telling me I have to take a pic of him head banging lol.
Renee was really surprised to see me and gave me a huge hug also. Lots of old friends and new ones, it was great.
Around ten Cory and Trev bust out the poi, but it wasn't dark enough yet, so they just play with the practice poi that Sammeh has. Ray got in there to but ended up hitting himself in the face (I have a pic of it). Because it wasn't dark enough, Cory decided to wait until later.
Hanging out with the guys again, I start chatting with some guys about x-men, lol and Vinnie Jones, and Cory comes in saying it is dark enough to swing, and asks where Josh Greenwood is. We start to call out his name, but can't find him. It was funny 'cause I was with the other Josh, and earlier we had decided that he would be called Jo and the other Josh would be Sh, so here we are yelling, "SHHHH!!! WHERE ARE YOU?!?" no one else got it :P. Eventually Josh Greenwood shows up and Cory Starts swinging, when he was done Sammeh started up, and then Brandy, and back to Cory, by the time cory had started up for the second time, I had to get back to my baby boy. I made a round and said goodbye, got invited back to another party next weekend, we will see how it goes, and headed on home.
That was my night, tonnes of fun.
